Behind his tale is James Urie who was close to hitting the number one spot with 95,000 units of his third album 'The Recovery' being purchased this week. The album has remained at number two for it's second week in a row - the album's peak position thus far. R&B star Tisha Jackson rampages up the Chart Heat 20 this week with 'The Highway To Redemption' this week following the success of the album's most recent single 'Your Queen'.
